Personal Branding photo sessions are one of my favorite lately. It was not any different when Tracey came to me.
She is such a gentle soul and a wonderful lady. She started her Yoga career a few years ago after going through some very tough medical issues. With yoga and clean eating, she overcame the problems and now is helping others to heal and get better. She has been going through training and thousands of hours of education to become a certified Yoga Therapist. Tracey also teaches breathing techniques, meditations, and Yoga Nidra.
I would highly recommend connecting with her if you have ever been in a car accident or have pain that medications just don’t seem to help. You may be surprised how much yoga can help.
We had a very fun time creating some branding shots for her so she can use it on her social media platforms and advertising materials. From simple to sexy, all in one woman.
I just love, love, love this black setup featuring her flawless skin and pretty blond hair. And just look at those blue eyes!
Thankfully, I have a nice iron beam across the studio so we could hang the fabric from there and do some cool shots. Here Tracey is showingcasing moves from Suspension yoga.
Tracey opened her yoga studio on Lasalle, called Yoga Revolution. It is a beautiful space where she installed many suspension yoga trainers from the ceiling. She hosts workshops for adults and children as well. In her workshops, she carefully explains all you need to know about practicing yoga using suspension. Safety is her first priority so you can’t join the class unless you go through the workshop first. That is where I had the privilege to video some of her teachings and now I get to show all of you that Suspension Yoga is for EveryBody!
